Dear Guest; We are here to provide you with important information regarding the recent updates to the Maxx Royalty loyalty program's tiers. Starting from November 1, 2024, we will be implementing updates to our TRY tiers.
Maxx Royal guests who have spent between 21.600,00 ₺ and 539.999,00 ₺ are opening the door to a privileged world as a Silver Card holder.
Maxx Royal Resort guests who spend 540.000,00 ₺ to 2.699.999,00 ₺ on accommodation at Maxx Royal Resorts may upgrade from the Silver Card to the Gold Card.
Maxx Royal Resort Guests spending 2.700.000,00 ₺ to 5.399.999,00 ₺ on accommodation at Maxx Royal Resorts are upgraded from Gold Card membership to Platinum Card membership, turning their vacations into unforgettable experiences.
Guests who have spent a minimum of 5.400.000,00 ₺ at Maxx Royal Resorts are invited to enjoy an utterly unique holiday with Royalty Card privileges, and upgrade from the Platinum Card to the Black Card.

This change will be applicable to all guests who have a check-in after November 1, 2024 (inclusive) and paying in TRY.
Previously earned card levels will remain unchanged.
