500 MILES SPECIAL TO MILES & SMILES CARD HOLDERS
Campaign will start as of July 1, 2018* and only reservation holders will get 500 Miles in their Miles &Smiles cards. To earn Miles from accommodations, it’s necessary to show the Miles & Smiles card during check-in. In case more than one member stay at the same room, only one member will earn Miles.
• The member cannot earn Miles from accommodations with special discounts (agency, company, airline discounts) and hourly accommodations.
• It can take a while for the Miles earned from hotel accommodations to be reflected to the Miles & Smiles account of the member.
• In case of trouble, the member needs to submit the hotel bill to the hotel of accommodation.
• For the requests of back-dated Miles, the member can send an e-mail to crm.belek@maxxroyal.com for Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort and to crm.kemer@maxxroyal.com for Maxx Royal Kemer Resort.
